Hwy-50 is closed east of Montrose Co at the orange circle. So the best way to Crested Butte from the Montrose Supercharger is to go north to Delta, then take 133 up to Hotchkiss, and then Kebler Pass to CB. Kebler Pass is about 35 miles of graded gravel road, and it is well maintained and really scenic.
